We’re providing investors access to the real estate market through tokenized equity in the BlockEstate holding company, and our investors will be rewarded through our innovative “buyback & burn” program.

 

BlockEstate is a US based tokenized real estate fund using predictive analytic investment strategies to drive returns for investors.

 

BlockEstate’s goal is simple: we want to take the reliability and profitability of the U.S. real estate market and improve upon its profit potential using predictive modeling and big data. We’re combining an aggressive real estate portfolio with the power of blockchain technology by selling digital security tokens to investors to raise capital, with each token representing a share of the BlockEstate real estate fund. Investors are rewarded through our innovative “buyback and burn” model, which quarterly takes the profits generated by the fund and uses them to buyback tokens from the token holders. These tokens are then permanently removed from circulation, progressively increasing each remaining token’s percent share of the market cap, and thus their potential value.

Asset Description

BlockEstate tokens represent a proportional share of the BlockEstate Alpha Fund.
Tokens will be issued as a Polymath based ST-20 (Security Token) built on the Ethereum network, which will be sold to investors during BlockEstate’s token sale event.
90% of the funds raised will go to acquire U.S. real estate properties that will generate income streams.
The remaining 10% will be allocated and held for fund administration, management, legal, and advisor fees.

 

THE VALUE IN OWNING BLOCKESTATE TOKENS

  1. BlockEstate tokens represent shares in a real estate fund, which means each token’s value is indireclty connected to real assets that have immediate measurable worth. With most other token offerings, the token’s value is often connected to an entirely new product or service which may have no immediate or even future value.
  2. As the properties under management produce returns, a signifigant portion of that money goes to buying back tokens from the token holders at their current Net Asset Value. The fund aims to maximize returns through an aggressive investment portfolio, which, based on its succcess, should impact the price of each token accordingly.
  3. Tokens which are repurchased from token holders by the fund are removed from circulation, which means that after each quarterly buyback period, every token which wasn’t repurchased represents a greater share of the token market cap, which should impact each token’s value.
  4. In the case of most traditional funds, prospective investors often price shares based on a fund’s total assets and its present income extrapolated over several years. If this model holds, and BlockEstate can show consistent returns over several periods, this could be a major driver of token value.
