TokenSoft is a platform that provides a suite of technology and security products for the sale, issuance, and management of security tokens and other digital assets. Security tokens often promise investment returns and value appreciation, in addition to allowing holders to purchase goods and services.

In partnership with Prime Trust, QuantmRE will issue a security token representing interests in owner-occupied, residential real estate assets in the US. According to a release, the funds raised will be invested into homes allowing homeowners to unlock equity in a peer to peer transaction. Prime Trust will custody the digital assets on behalf of the investor (no digital wallet necessary) as well as necessary AML/KYC compliance.

Venture capitalists, angel investors, and individual contributors have backed the first stage of the Neufund security token offering (STO), helping the project raise 2.6 million euro to date. The STO was scheduled to run until December 16.
One of the first fully legalized European STOs, the Neufund token sale was open to larger investors, with the minimum contribution set at 100,000 euro. The backers include Udo Schloemer (FactoryBerlin founder and CEO), Chris Zippel (award-winning music producer and composer), and Dario Suter (movie producer and DCM founder and managing director). The sale also drew support from its existing investors, including Freigeist Capital and Atlantic Labs.
